An analytics consultant who has worked on the inside.
My career has been spent inside large retail and eCommerce organizations, building the analytics, data pipelines, and quality processes their digital storefronts run on. I know how releases ship, how change control works in practice, and how many teams sign off before a single tag goes live.
Most of that career has been spent in the unglamorous parts of the discipline: the metric that trended up for the wrong reason, the dashboard that disagrees with the database, the experiment that looked significant until someone checked the hypothesis.
That's the perspective I bring to every engagement. I work with engineering, marketing, merchandising, product, and finance, and translate between them so technical decisions hold up in front of leadership and business questions turn into work engineers can ship. When I walk executives through the numbers, I cover what they mean and, just as importantly, what they don't.
Analytics consulting services for enterprise teams.
Engage one area or combine several into a single program.
Analytics implementation & governance
Data layer design, tag management, platform implementations and migrations, and the governance that keeps tracking consistent as your site changes.
Measurement QA & release validation
Validation of critical shopping journeys across browsers and devices before and after each release, so tracking doesn't break quietly in production.
Analytics engineering on Databricks
Pipelines and data models that turn raw clickstream and order data into reliable, documented tables your analysts can build on.
Experimentation & A/B testing
A/B/n testing programs from hypothesis and test design through QA and statistical review, ending in a decision rather than a dashboard.
Analytics insights & executive reporting
Analysis that finds the story beneath the surface, presented in the form leadership needs to make the call.
Advisory & team enablement
An outside perspective for analytics and data leaders: roadmap reviews, platform and vendor selection, and coaching for in-house teams.
Most engagements start with a measurement assessment.
A short, fixed-scope review gives us both a clear picture before any larger commitment. From there, you decide what comes next.

How I work with your team.
Four principles that hold in every engagement, whatever its size.
-
01
Start with the business questions
Every technical decision traces back to the questions your leadership needs answered.
-
02
Fix problems at the source
Durable fixes in the implementation and the pipeline, not workarounds layered into reports.
-
03
Work within your governance
Security reviews, procurement, access policies, change control, and your release calendar set the pace. I fit into them.
-
04
Leave your team stronger
Documentation, standards, and knowledge transfer are part of the work, so nothing depends on me after the engagement ends.
Let's talk about what you're working on.
A 30-minute introductory call is the quickest way to see whether I'm the right fit for your team and the problem in front of it.
